TracerLens aims to provide a safe platform where fraud victims can make their voices heard. Following certain rules is mandatory to keep our community healthy and safe.

Allowed Content

You can share the following content on our platform:

  • Fraud cases based on verifiable evidence
  • Personal victimization experiences (without insults)
  • Documented financial losses and damage reports
  • Informative content about fraud methods
  • Current information about legal processes
  • Posts aimed at warning and raising awareness

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform and will be removed immediately:

  • Insults, profanity, and attacks on personal rights
  • Political party or politician propaganda
  • Hate speech, racism, and discrimination
  • Threats of violence or calls for revenge
  • False, misleading, or unsubstantiated information
  • Personal data and privacy violations
  • Spam, advertising, and commercial promotion
  • Copyright and intellectual property violations
Important Warning

Content that violates the rules will be removed immediately and your account may be suspended. Severe violations result in permanent bans.

Moderation Process

Your content goes through our AI-powered moderation system before publication:

  • AI automatic scanning: Detection of inappropriate content
  • Human moderator review: Detailed evaluation
  • Evidence verification: Checking documents and images
  • Approval/Rejection: Result notification

What Happens in Case of Violations?

Sanctions applied for rule violations:

  • 1. Warning: First-time warning for minor violations
  • 2. Content Removal: Content that violates rules is removed from publication
  • 3. Account Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated violations (7-30 days)
  • 4. Permanent Ban: Permanent access block for severe and intentional violations

An appeal mechanism is available for wrongly removed content. You can contact our support team to explain your situation.

Your personal data is protected under GDPR:

  • Phone numbers are displayed masked (0532 *** ** 45)
  • Email addresses are protected (ab***@email.com)
  • Sensitive documents are shown in low resolution
